At Omkar Resin by Zeel, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully:
 

  • Non-Refundable Items: We do not offer refunds or returns if the product is delivered as per the order placed.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product due to our error, we will exchange the product. If you do not wish to exchange the product, we will refund the amount within 36  to 48 hours after the payment is confirmed on our payment gateway platform.
     

Cancellations

  • Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
